Directed by Giuseppe Carrieri, produced by NAtia Docufilm, Iulm and presented during the Festa del CInema di Roma - 2019.

This was my first animated project for a so large production, I was very lucky to have the opportunity to go to Naples for the shooting of the movie and explore the imaginific world of Le Metamorfosi. Here you can watch a selection of the 5 minutes of animation I realized for the movie. The complete film is currently available on Rai Play.

The plague is back in Naples. Among ruins and silence and entirely depopulated, the city is now beyond recognition. In this empty scenery the only survivor is a little Roma girl who found a shelter in the belly of a radioactive whale. From here she will set out on an imaginary journey to reach the fabulous "Sugar mountain" and find her missing father. During the journey, as in a dreamlike, continuous metamorphosis, other current, yet timeless stories will come to life.
